Not at all. We charge a fixed labour charge for each apppliance repair which ensures you know exactly what you are paying irrespective of the number of visits you have. The only additional charge is for any replacement parts fitted. 

Our engineers will call on the morning of the appointment before 9am to give you a 2-3 hour window of arrival. Need a call before when on route? No problem we can do this or collect keys if required. 

Yes any part fitted has a 12 month warranty and we offer 3 months warranty on our labour. 

Of course. All our engineers carry card machines with them and we accept all types of credit cards. 

Yes, we carry out a full functional test of your new appliance before we leave it with you and answer any questions you may have. 

If the repair cost is going to be too high or the part required is unavailable we charge a reduced labour fee which we will deduct off a new machine if you decide to buy from us.
